-でした。Queens University中退後、適当にバイトをして暮らしていたがバンド活動のためにトロントに。2000年に結婚して現在子供が多分2人。料理と猫が好きらしい。社会的な活動にも興味があるらしくチャリティーのコンサート等に参加したり、選挙についてのインタビューに答えたりしている。Broken
Social Sceneのアルバムにリズムギターで参加。ギターにやたらペダルを使うのでGreigにペダルフリークと呼ばれていた。初期のアルバムではGreigよりも多くの曲でリードボーカルを担当。2003年9月に正式にバンドを脱退、バンドからの正式な発表はいまだにありませんがBill自身はいくつかのインタビューに答えています。「ポップパンクの方向に満足できなかった。それは自分にとって自然じゃなかったし、少し無理があった。それに音楽それ自体だけでなく、ちゃんとそれにあった格好をしろとか、16才のファン層が何を求めてるのか考えなければならないとか-
それは自分がやってきたこととは正反対だった」現在はトロントのアパートから田舎に引っ越して自宅のスタジオでソロアルバム制作中の様子。
